Leak Detection

Is there a leak on your water supply pipe? Have you received a Seven Trent Statutory Notice: Section 75 of the Water Industry Act letter? You’ll want that dealing with quickly.

As the water consumer, using the water in your home, you are responsible for maintaining the supply pipe to your home and repairing any leaks. If you are on a shared supply, you will share the responsibility for maintaining that pipe with the other homes that connect to that shared supply pipe. Using our top-of-the-range electronic leak detection equipment, we can establish exactly where the leak is located, determining who owns the leak and is therefore responsible.
If you have an urgent need for a repair to your domestic household water pipe or your business is suffering with a burst water main then get in touch so that we can help you resolve the water issue. In most cases we can attend your property to carry out a survey in 1-2 days.
In most cases yes, however we always advise checking your insurance policy with your provider prior to contracting us to complete the works. In our experience, most insurance policies do include ‘trace & access’ which means finding the source of the leak. When we carry out a survey we will do a full report, which the insurance company will then ask you to forward onto them. Once they receive this they will usually reimburse the charges of our survey.
